At Astek Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design transformation. If your wallpaper or home decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective tubes or boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned rolls and confirms they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
